    Students at Richmond Elementary School in South Charleston took part in JAMmin' for health. The Just-a-Minute (JAM) national campaign is designed to encourage students spend at least one minute a day moving. Altogether more than 120 thousand students in West Virginia danced their way to fitness at 10 a.m. on Sept. 27.
