ANNOTATION: Results from an assessment of the Anchorage Coordinated Resources Project (ACRP), or Anchorage Mental Health Court, are presented. Sections of this report include: executive summary; background and context; research design and methods; analyzing ACRP system processes; criminal recidivism outcomes; clinical recidivism outcomes; ACRP perspectives -- participants' point of view; quality of life outcomes; summary of key findings; and recommendations. The recidivism rate for ACRP graduates is 15.4%, participants overall 22.0%, with non-participants having a recidivism rate of 31.1.%.
