| Proposed OSHA-HIOSH Agreement On 7/18/12, OSHA published a Federal Register notice with the intent of modifying the Hawaii state plan to allow federal OSHA enforcement initially in general industry. All affected persons are invited to submit comments regarding the OSHA enforcement but must do so no later than August 23, 2012. For more information on the proposed rule click here.
