Long Term Care

Are my family members covered?

Answer:

Coverage under the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) is individual. Your qualified relatives are eligible to apply for coverage as long as you are eligible to apply for coverage, even if you do not apply. Qualified relatives include your spouse, adult children and parents, parents-in-law and stepparents. For details about qualified relatives, visit the FLTCIP website at www.ltcfeds.com.
