Census Bureau Welfare and Recreation Association (CBWRA)

The Census Bureau Welfare and Recreation Association (CBWRA) was organized in 1950 to promote the health and well-being of employees and to provide athletic, social and other events and programs of an entertaining or educational nature.

For just $2.00, the annual cost of membership, you can participate in the organizations sponsored by the CBWRA and take advantage of our many discounts--movie tickets, theme parks, film developing and supplies, fruit, nuts, and more. You can rent camping and recreation equipment. Flu shots are available in the fall. A Weight Watchers program is conducted during lunch time. Check out our current events for all the latest news.

All Census Bureau employees at headquarters are invited to become members of the CBWRA. To join, drop by your administrative office and purchase a membership card.
