Freedom of Information Act Material Releases

In an effort to respond to the public requesting documentation related to the draft O’Hare Modernization Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is making EIS related documentation available much earlier in the EIS process. This website is being used to make these documents available to the public.  As this documentation becomes available, The FAA will post the documents. Some of these documents were released based on various Freedom of Information Act Requests (FOIA). TAAM Releases are linked to the OMP Technical Analyses Website with the date of release shown.

All files are in their native format to accurately reflect their release. Most documents are in PDF format and will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print them. Other files in commercial software formats are available for download. However, due to licensing agreements, the commercial software itself is not available on this website.

Each document name corresponds to a category in the O'Hare Modernization Index.
