Reserve Component Category Management Branch (rpm-1)
The Reserve Component Category Management Branch deals with boards, panels, promotions, advancements, retirements, resignations, discharges and separations for all Reserve Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, and Enlisted members, and validates the evaluations of all Reserve Officers to ensure compliance with applicable policy.

OES- Consult ALCGPSC 035/12 to determine if you are in the preliminary identified PY13 zone for promotion selection. 2012 is an even year so all Reserve Officers should have an OER due this year.

Status- Category Change to Standby Reserve- Check the Reserve Policy Manual Ch 5.B.3 and ensure all documentation before submission. Otherwise follow Reserve Policy Manual Ch 4.B.
