Revised Income Levels for 2012
The following revised income levels may affect the amount of a child support obligation.
- Combined Parental Income Amount: $136,000
- Self-Support Reserve: $15,080
- Poverty Guidelines (single person): $11,170

The child support program provides custodial parents with assistance in obtaining financial support and medical insurance coverage for their children by locating parents, establishing paternity, establishing support orders, and collecting and distributing child support payments.

Annual Service Fee
Custodial parents may be charged a $25.00 service fee once a year. The fee applies only to parents who have never received TANF benefits and who have a case with more than $500 in support collected during the federal fiscal year (October 1–September 30 of the next year). The fee will continue to apply in each federal fiscal year. For more information, visit the service fee questions and answers page.

An EPPICard™ debit card scam is being texted to cardholders' cell phones. If you receive this text message, do not provide any information in response and call the Child Support Customer Service Helpline (CSH) at 1-888-208-4485 (TTY: 1-866-875-9975) immediately.
If you did provide your card number in response to this text, call the EPPICard™ call center at 1-866-461-4093 to cancel your card and request a new card. NEVER PROVIDE YOUR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION TO ANY REQUESTING PARTY.
