Welcome to the Guam Child Support Enforcement Division's Website
ag

I would like to welcome you to the updated Child Support web site.  The mission of the Guam Child Support Enforcement Program is to promote the well-being of children by assisting both parents to meet the financial and medical needs of their children.

This web site was designed to provide general information about the Child Support Enforcement Program in Guam.  Our site contains information about the purpose of child support, how and where to apply for services, the types of services offered, downloadable forms, and general information about the child support enforcement process.

The site includes an extensive frequently asked questions and glossary of terms.  It provides access to frequently used forms that can be downloaded and printed to your computer.

We will continue to make improvements to make it more user-friendly.  We welcome your suggestions on how we can improve the site to better serve you.

  • Who can get help from the Child Support Enforcement Division?

Any parent needing help in establishing a support obligation or collecting child support payments can apply for services. more

  • Are there laws that allow criminal prosecution of parents who owe overdue child support?

Yes, Guam and the Federal government both have such criminal laws, but most cases of non-support that our office handles do not fit the required criteria which would allow a referral to the Guam Attorney General's Prosecution Division or to the Guam Office of the United States Attorney. more
