    With November 9 being a huge day for both German citizens and U.S. service members in Europe, military communities honored the 20 year anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The historic event took place November 9, 1989. Before this, U.S. troops stood side by side with their west German counterparts guarding the border, to include one Soldier with the 709th Military Police Battalion.
