Report on the Regulatory Flexibility Act FY 2010

In September 2010, the Office of Advocacy commemorate the 30th anniversary of the enactment of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA). Since it was passed in 1980, the law has been amended several times, most notably by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act in 1996. Today, the RFA continues to give small business entrepreneurs an important role in the development of a regulatory environment that is more conducive to starting and growing small businesses.
