Featured Client Education Materials

These materials are designed for your American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) clients, program participants, and community members to help them prevent or manage diabetes. Anyone can use this web page to order these materials.

Staff can distribute the materials during education classes and wellness events (large orders are accepted if in stock), or place anywhere your clients gather, so they can take them home. Community members are encouraged to order enough for family members and friends.
