Army

Army OneSource   Army OneSource is the website of Army Community Service (ACS), the organization that provides family programs and services to members of the Army. This website offers a variety of information, links, services, and resources for Soldiers, family members, staff, and civilians, including an overview of the New Parent Support Program.

Army Well-Being  This website contains information on current issues affecting Army families.  It offers forums, links to family programs, newsletters, and a resource directory.

Marine Corps

Marine Corps Community Services  MCCS provides a wide range of services to help Marines and their family members enhance their quality of life including counseling, information and referral, and programs/services related to the military lifestyle.  This website has a family life section that outlines the various programs available to Marine Corps families, including the NPSP. It also provides a directory of NPSP staff.

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS)  The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is a private, nonprofit organization that provides financial, educational, and other assistance to Sailors, Marines, eligible family members, and survivors when in need.  Services provided include emergency financial assistance, budget counseling, visiting nurses, and emergency financial assistance to qualifying Marines in the form of a low-interest loan. NMCRS also provides a Budget for Baby workshop designed to make service members and their families aware of the increased living expenses that come with a new baby, and to discuss effective ways of making adjustments to spending and saving habits.

Navy

Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP)  Through this website, Sailors and family members may access information on a wide range of programs focused on adapting to the special demands of military careers and military family life.  The Parenting section of this website provides links to resources and articles geared specifically towards military families.

Air Force

Air Force Aid Society (AFAS) AFAS is a private, nonprofit organization that provides emergency financial assistance to Air Force members and their families, including interest-free loans, grants, or a combination of both. AFAS maintains an open door policy that encourages individuals to apply for assistance when they feel an emergency situation exists. AFAS also sponsors a Bundles for Babies program, available for active duty members or the spouses of active duty members expecting a baby or with a young infant.

Air Force Community  This website provides a number of resources for service members including information related to family readiness, employment, education, family life, financial health, military readiness, relocation, and transition from military to civilian life. The site offers links to other military and commercial sites related to these and other topics. The website includes information and links on parenting and also provides links to installations and family services.
