Tribal Agencies
Tribal child support programs offer services to Native American families consistent with tribal values and cultures. Like their state counterparts, tribal child support programs locate custodial and noncustodial parents, establish legal fatherhood (paternity), establish child support orders, enforce orders, and offer family-centered services and referrals. More than 50 tribes operate a child support program.
