GSA's Electronic Bill of Lading

GSA's electronic Bill of Lading (BOL) provides documentation and authorization for an agency's shipments of freight and household goods. This approved electronic version is offered exclusively in GSA's Transportation Management Services Solution (TMSS) system. Using TMSS, shippers can easily book a shipment online, complete the BL, and print a single copy to accompany the shipment.

GSA is committed to developing a total end-to-end solution to meet all transportation needs. The electronic BOL is one step toward fulfilling that commitment. Currently, one-time-only (OTO) shipments can now use the electronic bill of lading for TMSS.
