Creating a Shipment with DRC This document provides how to create a shipment from Delivery Request Center (DRC).
Setting up the "Delivery Request Center (DRC)" When you first open DRC you will have to set your self up as a user within DRC. DRC grabs the User ID from Windows, so this software is windows user specific.
