Resolving technical issues for the Executive Office of the President
The Executive Office of the President (EOP) experienced problems with their Streaming Video broadcasts which were transmitted over a Networx Universal industry partner's Internet connection. The Networx Program Office and the industry partner agreed to detail two senior engineers to EOP for approximately one month to work with the customer and troubleshoot the circuit. The team discovered an equipment problem and was able to resolve it quickly.
