• Service members Opportunity Colleges (SOC): View helpful information on the consortium of over 1,800 colleges world-wide that provide educational opportunities for military service members and their families.   Contact the school(s) of your choice to let them know you are a military service or family member who is looking for financial aid to attend their college.
