The Christoper S. Bond U.S. Courthouse in Jefferson City, Mo., has become the first new courthouse in the Heartland to achieve LEED Gold certification.
The Recovery Act project at the Robert A. Young Federal Building in St. Louis is now substantially complete. Approximately $42 million of the $46 million obligated for the project were awarded to small businesses.
