Installation Access Gate Information
Notes
- All access gates are staffed by armed Military Police, Security Forces and Department of Defense Police Officers.
- Military working dogs (K-9) patrol the installation.
- All vehicles and people are subject to search.
- Firth Sterling Gate
- Location - Firth Sterling Ave. and South Capital St.
- Hours - 5:00am - 8:45pm daily. Controlled Access Card (CAC) access only
- Arnold Gate and Bellevue Housing Gate
- Location - Malcolm X Blvd. and South Capital St.
- Hours - Open 24 hours, seven days per week
- Controlled Access Card (CAC) access only
- South Gate
- Location - Overlook Ave. and Chappie James Blvd.
- Hours - 5:00am - 9:00pm daily
This gate is open to Controlled Access Card (CAC) holders, as well to all non-CAC holders, visitors, guests, and vendors.
Non-CAC holders, visitors, guests, and vendors must report to the Joint Visitor's Center located at the gate.
Non-CAC holders, visitors, guests, and vendors require a sponsor for access onto the installation.
All vehicles require a valid DOD Registration Decal or Temporary Vehicle Pass (See below) for access to the installation.
A valid Driver's License, Prrof of Insurance and Registration is required to obtain a Temporary Vehicle Pass.
