Army

Army Regulation (AR) 608-1, "Army Community Service Center," September 19, 2007 Chapter 4, Section II of this Regulation deals with issues pertaining to Family Advocacy Program (FAP).

AR 608-18, "The Army Family Advocacy Program," October 30, 2007 This Regulation contains the policies for handling domestic abuse and child abuse within the Army.

Marine Corps

Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) 1752.3B, "Family Advocacy Program," November 10,2005 This Instruction assigns responsibilities for the Navy and Marine Corps FAPs.

Marine Corps Order (MCO) P1700.24B, "Marine Corps Personal Services Manual," December 27, 2001 This Order publishes policies for Personal Services Programs which reside within Marine Corps Community Services.  FAP is one of the programs addressed in this manual.

Navy

SECNAVINST 1752.3B, "Family Advocacy Program," November 10, 2005 This Instruction assigns responsibilities for the Navy and Marine Corps FAPs.

Office of the Chief of Naval Operations Instruction (OPNAVINST) 1752.2B, "Family Advocacy Program," April 25,2008 This Instruction implements the policies set forth in SECNAVINST 1752.3B and in DODD 6400.1.

SECNAVINST 1754.1B, "Department of Navy Family Support Programs," September 27, 2005 This Instruction revises Department of the Navy (DON) policy and assign responsibility for the implementation of Navy and Marine Corps Family Support Programs and key functions to include FAP.

OPNAVINST 1754.1B, "Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) Program," November 5,2007 This Instruction establishes Navy Policy and assigns responsibilities for the administration and support of Navy FFSC programs. It includes standards for FAP in Enclosure 3.

Air Force

Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 40-3, "Family Advocacy Program," March 10,2005 This Directive establishes the framework for Air Force FAP.

Air Force Instruction (AFI) 40-301, "Family Advocacy," November 30,2009 This Directive describes the responsibilities of FAP agencies and staff and other Air Force personnel who are instrumental to the implementation and operation of Air Force FAP.
