Management Resources

FAP service providers are expected to be leaders in proactively recommending initiatives that strengthen family resilience and healthy interpersonal relationships, while effectively and quickly addressing behaviors that undermine this goal.  This mission requires that FAP service providers keep abreast of current policy and implementation guidance, as well as program implementation tools, research, and resources in both the military and civilian communities.
