A father and son enjoy a playground on Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Members of the Air Force Reserve don’t have to relocate, but they still have access to the same facilities as active-duty servicemembers, including the commissary and Base Exchange (BX), which offer tax-free shopping and savings on grocery or department store items.
