DLA Absentee Voting Assistance Program
The U.S. Department of Defense Federal Voting Assistance Program web site is located at http://www.fvap.gov. That web site provides information and voting instructions for US citizens covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) and for individuals who are not covered by UOCAVA but wish to vote absentee as a regular state voter.
If you wish to vote in person, please contact your local county election official (listed in the Government Pages of the telephone book).
You should apply for the absentee ballot more than 45 days before the election.
