John F. Kennedy Federal Building Window Replacement Project

GSA is replacing the windows at the JFK Federal Building located in Government Center, Boston, MA.

Funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), the project includes replacement of all 4,600 windows with dual-glazed, energy-efficient, glass fragmentation resistant enhancements. Windows will be replaced from the outside to minimize impact on building occupants.

A project communication team comprised of representatives from GSA, Construction Manager APSI, and tenant agencies, has been established to share next steps throughout the various phases of the project and address tenant concerns and questions.
