eLibrary


1. What is eLibrary?

eLibrary, is the centralized records information system for FERC.

eLibrary contains more than 20 years of documents submitted to and issued by the FERC. It gives users access to over two million documents with over 10 million pages through the FERC Website. It is entirely free.

2. How can I view/obtain documents in eLibrary?

Documents are available on your computer desktop in various formats-- images, native files, and PDF.

You may request older documents, which are available only on microfilm and aperture cards, through eLibrary or by contacting the Public Reference Room at public.referenceroom@ferc.gov.

4. How do I find a document that dates back to 1955?

Documents that date farther back than those included in eLibrary can be found by emailing the Public Reference Room at public.referenceroom@ferc.gov. They will be happy to assist you.
