Klobuchar hoping to see global warming legislation this year (West Central Tribune)

When she started running for the U.S. Senate, the only people who talked to her about global warming were 8-year-olds who were "worried about penguins," Sen. Amy Klobuchar said Tuesday. That's hardly the case now, as even some major corporations are calling for action to address greenhouse gas emissions and other contributing factors, she said.
