This page contains reporting forms and associated instructions for the registration of fuels and fuel additives (FFARs) (40 CFR 79 Subparts A, B, C, D, and F). Manufacturers and importers of gasoline, diesel (including biodiesel) and fuel additives must be registered by EPA before they can be introduced into commerce.
Please use form 3520-12 to register fuels and form 3520-13 to register fuel additives.
To maintain fuel registration, manufacturers and importers must submit:
- Form 3520-12Q: Fuel manufacturer quarterly report for motor vehicle gasoline or diesel fuel (due quarterly) and
- Form 3520-12A: Fuel manufacturer annual report for motor vehicle gasoline or diesel fuel (due annually).
To maintain fuel additive registration, manufacturers and importers must submit:
- Form 3520-13A: Fuel additive manufacturer annual report (due annually).
