Incident Description
Late April 2011. Purchased Eclipse thermaback blackout curtains from Target Annapolis, MD. Smell from curtains induced nausea, vomiting and diarrhea in my 19 year old son and myself in 2 separate incidents. Chemical odor coming from curtains.

There are no harmful chemicals used in the manufacturing of this product. All dyes and chemicals are commercial materials used by all textile manufacturers and meet any and all requirements. The blackout curtain referred to has a water based poly acrylic backing which is also a non harmful material.
There has not been any notification or contact from any individual regarding this issue
