During drill weekend, enlisted members of the Air Force Reserve have lunch at the Olympic Dining Facility at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., and Staff Sgt. Joe Ramos, the dining shift supervisor, describes the meal options that are available.
Eating on base doesn’t mean skimping on variety. Military dining facilities offer a range of food choices, including a “Fit Plate,” for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also offer specialty menus representing different cuisines of the world.
