ANNOTATION: The effectiveness of the offender group program “FOR...A Change” is examined. The main results from this study address: the avoidance of program drift; the avoidance of program reversal; expressing empathy; developing any discrepancy rolling with resistance; supporting self-efficacy; avoiding argument; avoidance of program noncompliance; and organizational commitment. “In general, levels of integrity were high, and the group leaders delivered the programme as intended with enthusiasm and commitment, and maintained good quality delivery” (p.138).
