Tampa Service Center Launches New Tool
The Tampa Service Center is pleased to announce the launch of its new help desk, designed to streamline operations and enhance communication with the Service Center’s internal and external customers. Created to increase efficiency in the service center, the toll free number eliminates the need for a receptionist, while ensuring that all calls are monitored and distributed to the correct staff associates to be addressed. In this way, there will be no missed or un-returned calls because someone is out of the office or on vacation.
Beginning immediately, all phone calls should be directed to the new help desk hotline number, 1-855-ONE-TAMPA (1-855-663-8267).
