Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC) Steering Committee
On May 1, 2007 a ten member Steering Committee was established to begin the planning and oversight of MAHC development and to coordinate the activities of the Technical Committees.
Purpose
The Steering Committee guides the MAHC process. Committee members set priorities, create the Technical Committees, appoint chairpersons, and advise the Technical Committees on the MAHC process and objectives. The Steering Committee also exercises editorial control of the Technical Committees' products to ensure that developed materials are written uniformly and fit the MAHC's mission and objectives.
