Camp Pendleton, Calif.-Marines, attached to Black Sea Rotational Force-11, and Coast Guardsmen attached to U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Sea Otter, San Diego, Calif., hook a ladder to board the patrol boat, as part of their Visit, Boarding, Search and Seizure training. The VBSS training will help enhance the skills of Marines attached to the Ground Combat Element of BSRF-11, which is a Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force that will be performing security cooperation activities with foreign militaries in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus region.
