MEDITERRANEAN SEA (May 18, 2011) â? Fire Controlman 3rd Class Robert Alexander and other line handlers man the phone and distance line aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) during a replenishment at sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198). Monterey is homeported out of Norfolk and is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
