Major Konstantinos Liolios, a psychiatrist serving in the Greek army, instructs Maritime Interdiction Operations (MIO) boarding team members from the U.S. Navyyâ?s USS Robert G. Bradley (FFG 49), and Greece, Morocco and Croatia armed forces during the exercise Phoenix Express 2011 (PE-11) Boarding Team Psychology class during training at the NATO MIO Training Center in Souda Bay, Crete.
