New GBrowse tracks (beta release)
Jun 24, 2011. FlyBase has incorporated several new data sets from the modENCODE project as tracks in GBrowse. A new "origin of replication" data track has been added to the tracks available for the "D. melanogaster" Data Source. Stranded RNA-seq data for expression under various treatments, cell lines, and for selected tissues and developmental stages, have been added to the tracks available for the "D. melanogaster RNA-seq Data" Data Source....
