Three processes cooperate to deliver capabilities needed by warfighters: the requirements process (JCIDS); the acquisition process (DAS); and the program and budget development process (PPBE). Includes links to DoD and Service policies, guidance, tools, and resources:

Purpose: The Defense Acquisition University (DAU) has established a Competitive Sourcing Community of Practice (CoP) to serve as a repository for Competitive Sourcing, A-76 information. It incorporates the elements of the DAU Performance Learning Module (PLM) and provides career-long training and resources for applicable personnel within the Federal workforce. Mission Statement: This A-76 CoP is the center for developing competitive sourcing training and also provides competitive sourcing consulting services. DAU training and knowledge sharing is available to the federal competitive sourcing community.
