Chaperones

To ensure that your students have the best possible experience at the Museum, we ask that you provide one chaperone for every 6 children. The chaperones should stay with their assigned group of students throughout the entire visit and model positive behavior.

General

Before arriving at the Museum, please remind your students about the following guidelines:

• If possible, leave food and drinks on the bus.
• Respect other visitors in the Museum by using inside voices, walking, etc.
• Please be gentle with the exhibits.
• Cameras are welcome at the Bradbury Science Museum.
• Have fun!

Upon your arrival

Students may disembark from buses at the front entrance to the Museum. Depending on the size of your group, we may ask you to divide into 2, 3, or 4 sub-groups before entering the museum.

Bus parking is available on Iris Street, directly behind the Museum.

Last minute changes

If you are going to be late or need to cancel on short notice, please call the Museum to let us know at (505) 665-3339 or (505) 667-5274. It is most helpful if you speak with a person instead of leaving a message.

Gift shop

There is a gift shop/ bookstore next door to the Museum that features educational science items and souvenirs. It is not affiliated with the Museum. The owners request that groups of no more than six students with an adult visit the store at a time. If you would like your students to visit the gift shop, please allow for time before or after your Museum visit.
