VA Cemetery Monuments
The General Services Administration has posted the 2011 - 2012 Request for Offers (RFO) for US Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration Memorial Program Cemetery Monuments.
The Freight RFO process invites Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) to submit rates to provide transportation services for the shipments of freight. The RFO transmits the filing instructions for the submission of rate offers. TSPs who meet approval requirements to participate in the Transportation Program (TP), and have agreed to abide by the Standard Tender of Service (STOS) terms, conditions, and associated supplements, are eligible to file rates.
