    • Based on projected activities involving Schedule 1, 2 and 3 chemicals at your facility/plant site, you may have a requirement to submit an ADAA for CY 2013. See Parts 712 through 715 of the CWC Regulations for specific declaration requirements.

  • NEW Reminder for Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 Plant Sites.

    • Review the CY 2012 Schedule 2 and/or 3 Annual Declaration on Anticipated Activities (ADAA) that you submitted last year to determine if the projected activities and quantities of chemicals adequately reflect your current business activities. If you anticipate any changes to your CY 2012 activities, please submit a Declaration on Additionally Planned Activities (DAPA). The specific requirements for submitting a DAPA are outlined in Sections 713.4 and 714.3 of the CWC Regulations for Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 chemicals, respectfully.
