PATUXENT RIVER NAVAL AIR STATION, Md. (Nov. 8, 2012) U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Robert Schmidle, Deputy Commandant for Aviation, makes a point during a discussion at Patuxent River Naval Air Station where joint service aviation leadership met on Nov. 8. The USS Carl Vinson hosted Naval Aviation Enterprise leaders July 18 as part of a process improvement program known as Boots on the Deck.
