Answer to Your Question

Where can I find a full list of certified electronic health records?

The Certified HIT Product List

The Certified HIT Product List External Links Disclaimer (CHPL) provides the authoritative, comprehensive listing of complete electronic health records (EHRs) and EHR modules that have been tested and certified under the Temporary Certification Program maintained by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). Each complete EHR and EHR module below has been certified by an ONC-Authorized Testing and Certification Body (ONC-ATCB) and reported to ONC.

How to Use the Certified HIT Product List

There are more than 1,000 certified EHRs listed on the CHPL, which is updated as new products are certified. When selecting an EHR product, check the CHPL or contact your vendor to verify each EHR system you are considering is certified. Remember, you must use a certified EHR system in order to achieve meaningful use and qualify for incentive payments.
