Panetta Arrives in Peru, Meets With Defense Leaders

U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta arrived in Lima, Peru, Oct. 5 2012. He is meeting with defense leaders in Peru and Uruguay to strengthen partnerships with Western Hemisphere counterparts. He will also travel to Belgium, where he will participate in a meeting of NATO defense ministers.
