Disability Rights Advocates - Founded in 1993, Disability Rights Advocates is a national and international organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the civil rights of people with disabilities. Run by and for people with disabilities, DRA pursues its mission through research, education and legal advocacy. DRA's mission is to ensure dignity, equality and opportunity for people with all types of disabilities throughout the United States and worldwide.

Family Voices/State Information - Provides a list of a variety of programs in each state, including links to the Family Voices network in the state.

Florida ELKS Children's Therapy Services - The Florida ELKS provide in-home Occupational and Physical Therapy to Florida children who do not have easy access to services. For an application please contact the Elks Lodge in your Florida community or call 1-800-523-1673.

NICHCY State Resource Sheets - NICHCY State Resource Sheets will help you locate organizations and agencies within your state that address disability-related issues, including SSI information. These state level agencies and organizations can often refer you to local sources of information and assistance.

Technical Assistance Project - Each state operates an Assistive Technology project under the Assistive Technology Act of 1998. These projects focus on various activities such as provision of resource information, systems change and advocacy activities, loan programs, lending libraries, and recycling programs. The RESNA Technical Assistance Project can provide contact information for your state's program.

TelAbility - TelAbility is an innovative, community oriented, interdisciplinary program that uses telecommunications to improve the lives of children with disabilities. Using real time video-conferencing and internet technologies, TelAbility provides comprehensive, coordinated, family centered care to children with disabilities across North Carolina and offers education, training, and peer support for people who care for them.

The American Academy of Pediatrics National Center of Medical Home Initiatives for Children with Special Needs - The National Center of Medical Home Initiatives for Children with Special Needs provides support to physicians, families, and other medical and non-medical providers who care for children with special needs so that they have access to a medical home.
