Doing Business Issues
Resolving Doing-Business Issues
U.S. airlines sometimes encounter difficulties in conducting their international operations. The Office of International Aviation coordinates among U.S. government agencies and works with its foreign counterparts to resolve these “doing-business” issues. If you seek assistance in resolving a doing-business issue, please contact us.
If the Department is unable to resolve a doing-business issue informally or through diplomatic channels, actions may be taken pursuant to the International Fair Competitive Practices Act (IATFCPA) or under Part 213 of DOT regulations.
