ANNOTATION: These procedures may be useful in the creation of another agency's sex offender housing practices. Part 365 of Chapter III Sex Offender Management “establish[es] procedural guidelines that delineate criteria and which promote consistent probation practices with respect to the residency of certain sex offenders under probation supervision” (p. 1). Sections include objective, applicability, statement of purpose, and procedures for approving a residence for those individuals with a Sex Offender Registration Act (SORA) Level 2 or 3.
