Templates to Help You Get Started
SAMHSA has restructured the way we announce our grant funding opportunities. Most announcements will be developed from a standard "template" for one of the following program areas: Services; Infrastructure; Best Practices; or Service to Science. Requirements specific to each grant program will be added to the standard template. In preparation for developing a grant application, prospective applicants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the basic format and requirements of the templates prior to the announcement of the funding opportunity.
- Services: Microsoft Word | Adobe PDF format | PDF 163 kbytes
- Infrastructure: Microsoft Word | Adobe PDF format | PDF 173 kbytes
Formatting Requirements
Your application must adhere to the following formatting requirements. Failure to do so will result in your application being screened out and returned to you without review. In addition to these formatting requirements, there may be specific programmatic requirements. Please check the specific funding announcement before preparing your application.
