Video blog: Employer Partnership Office connects Soldiers, employers

This week, Brigadier General Daniel Ammerman is attending the International Economic Development Council Annual Conference to highlight the Army Reserve’s role in supporting Soldiers, Veterans and their families as they pursue civilian careers.

Because Army Reserve Soldiers acquire diverse experience across all military platforms, they are not only prepared to serve our country when called upon, but are also trained to be some of the finest employees America has to offer.

Brig. Gen. Ammerman is highlighting the work of the Employer Partnership Office, as it connects our Soldiers’ capabilities with employers who value the leadership skills, discipline, dedication and training that Army Reserve Soldiers bring to the job. The EPO provides a direct link for America’s employers to our highly trained Service members and their families. Through this partnership, Service Members leverage their military training and experience for career opportunities in today’s civilian job market.

See the video for Brig. Gen. Ammerman’s thoughts on the value that the Employer Partnership Program and Army Reserve Soldiers bring to their civilian jobs.
