REMARKS:

Sec 554 of P.L. 102-190, as amended, required the DoD to pay at least $300 to each living former POW of the

Korean Conflict as compensation for the military leave accrued, but not used or paid for during captivity. Such

payments were to be made not later than September 30, 1993. This requirement has expired. Request form

be cancelled.
